We use several systems to detect and deter fraudulent orders and customers from abusing our services.

If your order was flagged as fraud and put for manual review you must wait for one of our staff to manually review your order before it is accepted and processed.

If your order was flagged as fraud and rejected/canceled you are not able to reorder again and must submit a ticket for one of our staff to manually process your order.

 

Why is my order flagged?

There are many reasons why your order may be flagged. But the most common reason is that you are using a VPN or a Proxy or your IP does not match your geo location.
