We are writing to inform you about a mandatory adjustment to our service pricing due to significant cost increases from our infrastructure providers.
Market Context and Provider Updates
According to the latest reports from our upstream providers, the IT infrastructure sector is facing extreme challenges. Our providers have informed us that the surging demand for AI computing power and cloud services has led to a global shortage of components.
Specifically, they highlight that:
- The cost of DRAM memory has increased by up to 500% since late 2025.
- Production costs for SSDs and raw materials continue to climb.
We have observed that many other providers in the industry have recently increased their prices as a result of these market trends, and we are also being heavily impacted by these rising costs for our servers.
Our Implementation and Commitment to Fairness
We received the official notice regarding these price changes in late February. Since then, our primary focus has been on developing a technical implementation that would allow these adjustments to be applied to existing subscriptions in a completely hassle-free manner for you.
Coding and testing these billing updates took considerable time. Because of this, even though our provider will increase our costs starting April 1st, we have decided to delay the price change for our current customers by one month. We will personally absorb the financial loss for the month of April to ensure you have adequate notice and a seamless transition. For us, being fair to our partners is our first and foremost priority.
Scope of the Change
- For New Clients: Updated pricing takes effect for all new orders starting April 1, 2026.
- For Current Clients: The new pricing will apply starting May 1, 2026.
- Rate Adjustment: Across our service catalog, you can expect an average price increase of 40%.

How this affects your billing:
We are not increasing our own profitability; we are simply reflecting the costs imposed by our suppliers. The new rates will be reflected in your first invoice issued on or after May 1, 2026. Your current automated subscriptions will remain active, and the recurring amount will be updated automatically on your next billing cycle following this date.
